Building armatures

I ordered two Build It Yourself Armature sets from the company Malvern Armatures to build custom made armatures of Norbert and Molly.

These are some images of the process of me building the armatures and sculpting the body.

 

These are the first two attempts to sculpt the head and shoes with Sculpey. It didn't have the smooth result I was trying to achieve. 

I'm trying to sculpt the body parts with Plastiline, so I can add more detail to it. I also made smaller hands and reduced the size of the feet so the proportions of those parts matches the rest of the body.
